We diagnose it for free
You bring the phone, we open it up and tell you what's actually wrong. The check is free whether or not you decide to repair.
We tell you the exact price figure and exactly which part we're fitting. Nothing starts until you say go — and that price is what you pay.
You can sit and watch the whole repair if possible.
30-day written warranty, plus a tracking code
You leave with a written warranty on the screen — a full 30 days, not the week most shops give you. If we hold the phone, you get a code like AP-7KXM9 to check progress on any browser.
Everything else we do
Screens are most of our work. They aren't all of it.
Most of the jobs below are same-day, and the check is free either way. Anything we can't fix, we'll tell you plainly rather than keep your phone for a week.

Straight to your M-Pesa the same day your friend collects — real money in your hand, not points or a voucher. Your friend gets a screen protector fitted free.
- You don't need to have repaired anything here. If you have, your repair code is your referral code. If you haven't, ask us for one at the shop, or just have your friend give us your M-Pesa number.
- They say it at the counter. Before we quote them. That's the part people forget, and it's the part that pays you.
- We send the 100 when they collect. Same day, to the number the code is registered to. No follow-up needed.

Screen replacements only — KES 100 per screen, paid once the phone is collected and the repair is paid for. It covers screens of KES 1,500 and above, and not batteries, ports, accessories or warranty repairs. Up to three a day per person. You can't refer yourself, and staff aren't eligible. A code is registered to one M-Pesa number, which we use to pay you and nothing else.

Covered
- The part failing on its own. Dead pixels, lines, no touch, a battery that won't hold charge.
- Our workmanship. A lifting screen, loose connector, ghost touches — anything not seated right.
- The same fault returning. Within the period, it's ours to finish.
- Something we broke. Repaired or replaced at our cost — you're told before you leave.
Not covered
- New physical damage. A fresh drop, crack or bend after collection. We'll quote fairly on the new repair.
- Liquid contact after the repair. Any opened phone is no longer water resistant.
- Faults in parts we didn't touch. Different problem — we'll still diagnose it free.
- Work opened by someone else. We can't stand behind what we can't verify.
The terms, in plain language
- How to claim. Bring the phone and your receipt or repair code.
- What we do first. We test it for warranty eligibility. Warranty fault: fixed free. New damage: quoted, no obligation.
- Repair, not refund. Valid claims are repaired, or the part replaced.
- How long it takes. Usually same-day. If a part has to be ordered, you get the wait upfront and a code like AP-7KXM9 to track it.
- The period doesn't restart. A warranty repair carries the remainder of the original period, plus days we kept the phone.
- It stays with the phone. Whoever brings in the receipt or the code is covered. The warranty is still valid even if you sell the phone to someone else.
- Uncollected phones. Collect within 7 days. Phones left beyond the 7 days attract a daily storage fee.

Questions people ask
Straight answers
How long does a screen replacement take? +
Most screens are done the same day, often while you wait. If a specific part has to be brought in, we tell you upfront and give you a code to track it.
Will the price change when I collect it? +
No. You agree a fixed price before any work starts, and that's what you pay. If your part turns out cheaper on the day, you pay less — never more without you agreeing first.
What kind of screen will you fit? +
We name exactly what we're fitting before you agree to anything — no vague talk about "originals". Screen supply varies a lot between models, so the honest answer depends on your phone. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll tell you plainly what we'd fit and what it costs.
Is my data safe during the repair? +
Yes. A screen or battery repair doesn't require us to go into your files, and you're welcome to watch the entire repair. Your phone doesn't leave your sight.
What if the repair has a problem later? +
Every screen replacement comes with a 30-day written warranty. If something's wrong with the repair in that window, bring it back and we sort it — no charge, no argument. The full terms, including what isn't covered, are set out on this page.
What does the warranty not cover? +
New physical damage — a fresh drop or crack, or liquid contact after the repair. Faults in parts we never touched. And work opened up by another technician after us. Gradual battery decline and everyday wear aren't covered either. The full terms spell all of this out.
